New job new keyboard
Got a new job that requires me to be in the office, no more working from home. However that presented me with a problem, I didn't want to bring my Das Keyboard from home to work, and I couldn't bear working on a laptop keyboard at work, so I had to buy a second Das Keyboard. I've happily used a Das Keyboard for several years now, and I'm afraid I have become quite spoiled by how well they perform and how much I like the feel of the keyboard. This new keyboard has volume and media controls, that work very well with Linux, so now my new dilemma is whether I should update the keyboard at home or not. Its working too perfectly, so I think I'll "suffer" a bit longer with it. However, if and when I decide to update, it will be with another Das Keyboard.

Top-Notch Customer Service
I love this keyboard. I was sad to discover that I was sent one with a faulty volume knob. After considerately walking me through attempting a potential software fix, I was able to send the keyboard back under warranty. Almost as soon as I'd shipped it, a replacement showed up at my door. I'm not sure how the process could be improved and executed any better than it was in my experience. Thanks everyone at Das Keyboard!

I use the Das Keyboard 4 Ultimate at home, and now at the office. And my coworkers are jealous of my typing skillset and the gorgeous aesthetic of the blank key caps - plus the pristine sound and key punching is spectacular!

Absolutely love it!
It's even better in reality than it is on photos, and reaction of my friends to it is just priceless. Only downside is that despite brown switches it's pretty loud, but I guess it's can't be helped with a mechanical keyboard.
