3-Year Extended Warranty: Mechanical Keyboards (Not valid on refurbished units)

Protect your new Das Keyboard purchase with our 3-Year Extended Warranty.

All new mechanical keyboards purchased from the Das Keyboard Store include a 1-year limited warranty. By adding this 3-year plan, you extend your total warranty coverage to three years from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period.

Warranty Service

If you experience an issue with your keyboard, you must first submit a support ticket through the Das Keyboard Helpdesk. Our support team will troubleshoot the issue and follow our standard warranty service process, which may include repair or other troubleshooting steps.

If the issue is determined to be a covered manufacturer defect and cannot be resolved through the standard warranty service process, Das Keyboard will provide a replacement keyboard of the same or comparable model at no cost. Warranty replacements are replacement keyboards, not refurbished units.

This plan does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Accidental damage, including spills, drops, or misuse
• Keyboards purchased refurbished, used, or from unauthorized retailers
• Damage caused by modification, improper care, or non-standard use

Additional Details:

• Must be purchased within 30 days of buying a new keyboard
• Coverage applies to one keyboard per warranty purchase
• Available only to U.S. customers at this time
• Warranty claims must first be submitted through the Das Keyboard Helpdesk and follow our standard troubleshooting and repair process before a replacement keyboard is provided.
